Grub Club Cambridge goes Italian

The Cookery School welcomes you all to a supper club with a little added hands-on activity to help you network and learn a few tricks of the trade.

After a short masterclass on how to knead, shape and bake bread, sit back and enjoy our award winning Scandi-cool kitchen.

Tine and Liz will share their love of Italian food through a winter menu of Slow-braised beef cheek with Sangiovese, orange and bay leaf Polenta, purple sprouting broccoli and Torta a’la Mandorle, Limone e Pere.

There will of course be a vegetarian option* and a few little extras to delight you all.
