Eat Cambridge Event with Stem & Glory
This May, Grub Club Cambridge will team up with Stem & Glory as part of Eat Cambridge. This promises to be an incredible evening of delicious food and friendly networking.
We will enjoy a wonderful three course Free From menu packed with a choice and delicious food. We will be treated to a wonderful welcome drink from Nene Valley Brewery. And, to round the evening off, our wonderful event sponsors will be Roythornes Solicitors who will be sharing advice on labelling laws.

‘You Little Gem Salad’
Roasted red & Golden Beets, charred baby gem with pistachios, orange & mint dressing and micro red amaranth
Raw Japanese Nori Rolls
Nori rolls filled with red pepper, cucumber, baby gem, spring onion, red cabbage, tempeh & rice noodles with wasabi silken tofu mayo and toasted sesame seeds
Kimichi Pancakes
Signature homemade kimichi pancakes with baby spinach, micro herbs toasted sesame seeds, spring onions, served with yangnyeomjang dipping sauce

Slow roasted aubergine and squash in rich tomato & basil sauce with finely roasted celeriac sheets, cashew béchamel. Served with salad of the day & pesto garlic crackers
The Stem & Glory Gourmet Burger
Seasonal gourmet burger on locally baked artisan brioche bun with red onion, tomato, lettuce, homemade pickles. Serves with crispy sweet potato chips and smoke paprika & lime sauce, mango mayo, ketchup and slaw

Chilli & Lemon Tofu, Quinoa Tabbouleh, hummus, lightly pickled chilli and ginger pickled red cabbage, pomegranate, seed crisp, spring onion & tahini detox dressing, fresh sprouts & micro greens
