Off to a Flying Start
We are looking forward to getting 2020 off to a flying start with our first event of the year at Duxford Lodge.
The evening will be a wonderful celebration of the food and drink industry enabling you to connect, network and collaborate over great food and drink in the recently, and beautifully renovated Duxford Lodge Hotel.
You will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine from Saffron Grange, and the opportunity to learn more about this new local vineyard.
We will then enjoy a delicious three-course meal from the team at Duxford Lodge. Choose from:
Starters:
Roasted Mackerel with truffle potato salad and chervil sauce
Garlic roasted wild mushrooms with blue cheese and chives
Main courses:
Pork fillet with a bubble & squeak croquette and creamed leek and cabbage
Braised stuffed cabbage with root vegetable spaghetti, and wild garlic pureé
Desserts:
Rhubarb and blood orange clafoutis
Tiramisu
And if that’s not enough, our amazing guest speaker for the evening will be Adrian Boswell, Selfridges Fresh Food & Concessions Buyer. Adrian will be giving us invaluable tips and advice on selling your products to high-end retailers.
