We were delighted to be sent a copy of Jenny Tschiesche’s book Modern Vegetarian Instant Pot Cookbook. This is the perfect cookbook for this time of year when we want easy and delicious meals. 

Jenny is a passionate nutrition educator, content creator, presenter, and founder of Lunchbox Doctor.  Since 2009 when the nutrition business started, she has run workshops all over the world for thousands of people. Jenny loves writing and sharing great recipes to help adults, families, and elite sportspeople to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Jenny has worked with all sorts of sportspeople advising them on nutrition and getting the best out of their body, by putting the best in.

The cookbook is packed with 101 veggie and vegan recipes offering a delicious array of dishes for you to enjoy. What we loved about the book most was it can all be cooked in the instant pot making life as simple as possible. The team at Grub Club are all busy parents and being able to put this in the Instant pot cooker is just perfect. 

The Spiced apple porridge was a huge hit with our families, and all the recipes are great even if you don’t have a One Pot.
