"I chose to host a Grub Club because it was a wonderful opportunity for me to share my food and ideas regarding hospitality with a receptive audience of like-minded individuals. The food scene in and around Cambridge is so vibrant and exciting and I feel that The Hole in the Wall is an integral part of that. As an independent restaurateur it made a lot of sense to open up my dining room to other independent and entrepreneurially minded food service professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds across the industry. I am looking forward to seeing plenty of new faces in the restaurant and sharing ideas, ingredients and passions with them long into the future."
