Thomas Ridley – Championing Local and Regional Products

We are delighted that Thomas Ridley are coming to the next Grub Club event as having recently just purchased Elveden Fine Food they offer a great opportunity to producers in the region to gain new listings and increase sales.

They have just announced that they are focusing on sourcing new local and regional produce , it will offer both producers and retailers a great opportunity to widen the range of products they can buy that are made in our region.

“We are committed to providing quality ingredients and new products to respond to market trends, sourcing from a network of ethical suppliers.” Said Rachel Summers

They ask that all products must be ready for market; suppliers must have BRC or SALSA accreditation and bar codes on the inners and outers of products.
