With convenience on the rise, people have less time to spend in the kitchen cooking up nutritious meals. As a result, meal kits have grown dramatically over the last few years and are predicted to grow even further in 2019 as consumers become time poor, yet want to ensure they are eating well. Brands such as Hello Fresh have been in the market the longest, but we have recently seen the explosion of meal kits from other brands, with Waitrose launching their version in 2018. With this rising trend, we thought it was time to review some home delivery meal kits, ranging from meat, vegetable and vegan based meals. Networking at Stem & Glory

What an amazing evening we had at Stem & Glory this May as part of Eat Cambridge where we indulged in the most delicious gourmet free-from menu. We knew it was going to be tasty as soon as we walked in, as we were greeted by the most amazing aromas. As ever, the attendees were a lovely mix of new faces and regular attendees, which always makes for great conversation and networking opportunities.

World Gin Day – Gin Review

We enjoyed a team celebration of gin for World Gin Day this year, as we were blessed with some lovely sunny weather, it seemed a wonderful reason for a BBQ and gin tasting. As World Gin Day celebrates its 10th-year, us consumers are certainly showing an increasing appetite for all things gin.  So, it comes as no suprise that the gin market is still growing and is now worth an astonishing £1.9 billion.
